Imagine if GQ, Vogue, and the Great Gatsby had a baby – that is exactly what Emily and Garek’s engagement shoot captivated.
Emily and Garek have been together for eight years, and are high school sweethearts. The two met at Spruce Creek High School, and have been inseparable since.
Their Gatsby-style engagement shoot was located at the famous Spruce Creek Fly-In located in Port Orange, Florida and was nothing short of fabulous and extravagant. Gatsby himself would have been proud!
Emily and Garek had a picture perfect warm, spring evening for their Gatsby-style engagement shoot. They were surrounded by beautiful greenery, and a big white home in the distance. Their vision for the shoot was very high fashion, with a unique style and roaring 20’s feel.
The best part of the entire shoot? They modeled in front of an exquisite 1935 Rolls Royce named Lady Sapphire, making it very timeless and elegant. Not only did the Rolls Royce make for an incredible prop, but the photos turned out better than I could have imagined.
Emily glistened in each photo with her sparkly, yet simple white dress and home-made heels inspired by the Jimmy Choo White Bow Sandals.
Emily and Garek couldn’t have asked for a morning elegant golden hour shoot, and are looking forward to tying the knot on November 20th, 2021.
